 Why Experiential Learning?

Knowledge becomes understanding when it's tested against the real world.

We design programs where every visit has a purpose, every conversation has a question behind it, and every evening ends with a reflection.

The result is more than just knowledge increase. It's a different way of being in the world.

Types of Programs

 Faculty-led Study Tours

Built around the faculty's curriculum. WizTrek works with the faculty lead and study abroad office to design a program with clear learning outcomes, structured field experiences, and the institutional access that makes it real. The faculty leads the academic conversation. WizTrek handles everything on the ground, end to end.

WizTrek Academic Tour

 MBA Treks (Student-led)

Designed and driven by students, for students. The student trek leader has the vision - a group of batchmates who should see India, experience it, understand it. WizTrek handles everything else - the logistics, the planning, the ground execution, the right mix of cultural depth and learning.

How We Work

Discovery

Every successful program begins with understanding. We take the time to learn your academic priorities, student profile, and institutional goals before shaping the journey.

Program Design

We design purposeful learning journeys while leveraging our trusted network to facilitate meaningful engagements with institutions, industry, government, and local communities.

Delivery

From arrival to departure, our team ensures every detail runs seamlessly, allowing educators to focus on teaching while students focus on learning.

Follow-Through

The learning doesn't end with the journey. We provide reflections, insights, and documentation that help extend the educational impact beyond the program.

More Than Just Feedback

Vanderbilt faculty

Sue Oldham

Associate Dean, Vanderbilt University

"The experience we've had with WizTrek has just been amazing. It was impossible for us to coordinate events & bookings remotely, and they essentially became our voice in India. Eventually, we just got on a plane and showed up. Everything was taken care of!"

Vanderbilt faculty

Jesse Blocher

Professor, Vanderbilt University

"Spent one week in India, three cities + the Taj Mahal. It was a whirlwind but amazing. WizTrek team was organized, adaptable, and on top of things. Things went as smoothly as one could expect. I'd go with you again"

Student

Carlo Hermit

Student, Vanderbilt Owen

"Definitely do it. It's absolutely worth the time and money. Everything is so well planned and thoughtfully organised. I highly recommend it."

Student

Alejandro
